Community Service Award - Television, was presented to The New VR for "Stranger Danger" accepting the award for the NEW VR is Bob McLaughlin, News Director for The New VR.

Best Sales Promotion Radio - was presented
to EZ ROCK's Q97.5 for "Cher for a Day with No Pay" Accepting for EZ ROCK is Barry Smith, Operation Manager of Standard Radio London, Ontario

Vice President Nancy Brown-Dacko presents President Paul Larche with a plaque honoring him for his time and dedication to the Ontario Association of Broadcaster, as he steps down as President and Nancy Brown-Dacko becomes the new President of OAB.

Howard Caine "Broadcaster of the Year" Award, was presented to Dennis Watson,
presenting the Award to Dennis Watson is Michael Caine.

Station of the Year Award - Radio, was presented to CHWO/AM740, accepting the award for CHWO/AM740 is Michael Caine, president of CHWO Radio, owner/operator of AM740, Prime Time Radio.

Best Sales Promotion - Television, was presented to CJOH-TV Ottawa for "Crack The Safe", accepting for CJOH is Dennis Watson from CJOH's sister station CKCO Kitchener.
